Ok, this 'company' is more like, in my opinion, a conglomerate, to dip their fingers into everything related to management under the guise of 'different corporations' and business licenses'.

It appears that Katy and Deb are either sisters, cousins...BUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT, their 'interactions' make inquiring minds ask...why they are so 'attached' at the hip? Seems that what one does the other does. For example:

Both bought 2007 Mercedes: Katy got a "S" Class (xxx6768), Debbie got a "E" Class (xxx9088).

Why didn't Debbie go and also buy a 2012 Volkswagen CC, like Katy did?

First of all, Terra West is just a 'trade mark/name', the corporation that owns it according Clark County Business Licensing is KGDO Holding Co.

Assessment Management Services is not a valid NV corporation, according to Clark County Business Licensing its owned by Terra West Collections LLC.

Which shows it as a Collection Agency. Now if this isn't the mother fucking FUNNIEST thing I have ever seen...currently this business license is 'delinquent/revoked', back on January 27, 2019, it was 'licensed'. What they couldn't COLLECT enough to pay the renewal fee...maybe they should have hired themselves to collect monies for the license? HAHAHA

They DID pay for the Terra West Management Services license, owned by KGDO. Apparently at the SAME office of all these entities, they have a business license issued to Lorraine Conti, a Real Estate Salesperson.

One can only speculate whether Katherine Diane Grimes Matheson, who has various Real Estate Licenses recorded, is associated with Conti or is it the other way around? Also its noted that Deborah Ogilvie King HAD Real Estate Licenses but are no longer active.

According to Clark County Business License search, active and pending under 'TERRA WEST', search under 6655 S Cimarron, active and pending those are ALL that show up!

So what is going on with all these fucking fictitious names and only two fucking biz licenses? Guess this warrants more due diligent research??!!

Now, KGDO is nothing short of the collective egos of the 2 owners; Katherine D Matheson (nee Grimes) and Deborah Ogilvie, get it Katherine Grimes Deborah Ogilvie. now, to REAFFIRM my opinion, on May 22, 2012, both of them opened ANOTHER entity under the name of KMDO Holding Co llc, Katherine Matheson Deborah Ogilvie, get it? BUT WAIT...we aren't done yet...we have KMDK HOLDING COMPANY LLC, could it be because Deborah on10/21/2004 married Jeffrey Dennis King, so it generated ANOTHER entity Katherine Matheson Deborah King, but it seems that they opened it on June 20, 2011, 7 years after getting married?

Ah, but, each of them on December 8, 2009, opened up 'ESTATE SERVICES ENTERPRISE LLC', Deborah has TEGRA ESTATE SERVICES ENTERPRISE LLC, Katherine has KINTERRA ESTATE SERVICES ENTERPRISE LLC
