On January 25, 2019, a Amber Hills owner, who has TWO properties wrote this " We Cannot Control---The “H.O.A. Board.” We Can Alert, The H.O.A., Regarding Our Concerns-And-Issues, And Expect Them In Turn, To Rectify The Situations-Involved. The H.O.A. Performs, Their Duties, On Their Own Time-Schedule, And They Are Responsible, For Non-Performance. It Is Frustrating, At Times, For Us-Homeowners, With High-Maintenance-Fees."
Wow, this sounds like criteria for a lack of fiduciary duty complaint? So much for the bullshit statement about facilitating communications, right?
One could opine and or extrapolate, predicated on the comments from Terror West and the photos, that the HOA condones these squalor-like conditions in their community, right? What the FUCK! How can a so-called management company allow this fucking shit to happen, inquiring minds want to know?
Now, since K.G.D.O. Holding Company, LLC, filed a fictitious filing application, on May 4, 2017, under Terror West Maintenance Services, are their people the ones who are maintaining the grounds, if so, doesn't it appear that their employees are IGNORING maintenance issues?
One has to ask themselves, since the HOA doesn't have a FULL BOARD, only a Secretary (Robert Viano) and Director (Kara Chan), according to the NV Secretary of State, they have no President nor Treasurer, so is this a quorum? Apparently, Viano doesn't even LIVE on the property, predicated on the Clark County Assessor's Office recording referencing the owners name and mailing address, 23042 Judith Drive Plainfield, IL 60586, does he even know what is going on? Kara Chan at least is showing up as the owner and mailing address associated with Amber Hills 2, 9580 West Reno #202, Las Vegas, NV 89148, so can extrapolate that she resides at the property and should know what the fuck is going on! THIS FUCKING COMMUNITY, THAT'S OVER SEEN BY FUCKING INCOMPETENT BOARD MEMBERS AND THEIR MANAGEMENT COMPANY, IS LADEN WITH ISSUES THAT CREATE A PUBLIC HEALTH ISSUE, AKA DOG SHIT, HAZARDS ON PUBLIC WALKWAYS TO CITE A FEW!
Remember looks can be deceiving! What appears to be a nice, well maintained area, is 'staged' to fucking entice fools...does this look well maintained?
Can you IMAGINE as to how much mother fucking dog shit had to be dumped, to overflow about a 3 foot high container? The fucking HOA Board has their 'management company' Terror West overseeing the property, are Terror West's people the ones who come in THREE FUCKING times a WEEK, Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, to 'maintain' at last information! This photo was taken on Monday, August 12, 2019, 4:08:54 PM! The fucking do fucking nothing grounds people kept ignoring THIS, as they OBVIOUSLY don't go to this area to maintain it!
Since there is a grass 'patch', where SOME PEOPLE relieve their dogs, why didn't the fucking landscaping people, who cut this 'patch' either handle it or report it? The people who EMPTY the TRASH start at about 6:30 am and leave about 10:00 am! There aren't enough people who pick up after their fucking dogs, to amass this much dog shit in a week, let alone a few hours, that their people 'fucking cleaned' up, 8 or so prior hours! K.G.D.O. are these your employees who are RESPONSIBLE for this fucking piss poor service, since you have a business license for a maintenance service entity?
Even MORE egregious confirming the fucking lack of attention of both the HOA and their 'security' patrol. The company they hired, either via their own selection or via their 'management company', are NOT there to PROTECT the residents, but just WALK the property aka 'protect the property'. They have to either TAKE a fucking photo at certain times to show where they were, or they have/had a metal baton that they 'tapped' on certain areas of the property, to confirm their 'property' oversight.
So if the Rent-A-Cop is SUPPOSE to NOTATE problems and is walking the PROPERTY, why wasn't this written up or photographed to have had addressed? Isn't an overflowing container of dog shit, in the DEAD OF FUCKING SUMMER not going to be noticed? What did they fucking hire 'patrol' people with mother fucking anosmia?
WHY IN MOTHER FUCKING HELL ISN'T THEIR 'WALKING PATROL' WHO IS SUPPOSE TO 'PROTECT' THE PROPERTY NOT MAKING NOTES OF SHIT LIKE THIS? Vomit in the parking lot RIGHT NEXT TO THE STEPS THAT LEAD TO THE 'GUARD ROOM' that the 'security' patrol take breaks in?
